After we’re aware of what’s going inside the box, and a sample of the contents were given to your sales executive, we will want to learn about content specifics such as weight, shape, whether it’s fragile and susceptible to breakage, and so forth. Once armed with the information needed, your structural engineer will first determine a box style, and then suggest a substrate – the best flute type for safety and printing, mottel white or kraft, recycled content (per customer request), etc. After that, the engineer will review with a manager and with your sales consultant. Once your sample is signed off internally, your sales consultant will share it with you.
